Deputies Respond to Exposing Incident at Apartments

Constable Mark Herman of Harris County Precinct 4 reported that deputies are currently responding to a situation at the Willowbend Apartments, located in the 9300 block of FM 1960 Road West. A caller alerted authorities about a male who was seen exposing himself on her video surveillance camera.
