The Flint Police Department has confirmed the identity of a young girl who claimed to have been kidnapped from a McDonald's in Detroit. The girl's parents, who live in Flint, have been contacted and Child Protective Services (CPS) is involved in the process. A photo previously posted of the girl, claiming to be her mom, has been removed as it was confirmed to not be her mother. Detroit Police Department has not received any reports of a kidnapping or missing girl matching the young girl's description. Authorities are still working to confirm the identity of the girl and her family. Anyone with information is urged to contact 911 or remain anonymous by calling Crime Stoppers.
