Two Teenagers Fatally Shot in Flint Incident

On June 26, 2024, at approximately 1:30 AM, Flint Police responded to a shooting in the 1300 block of Banbury Place. At the scene, two victims were found. One of the victims, 13-year-old Dontavis Moore, was transported to Hurley Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. The second victim, 15-year-old Dominique Ward, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police investigation led to the arrest of 19-year-old Ryan Davis. He has been charged and arraigned on a 17-count warrant. The charges against Davis include two counts of first-degree murder, three counts of assault with intent to murder, two counts of discharging a firearm in or at a building causing death, seven counts of felony firearm possession, gang membership felonies, using a computer to commit a crime, and carrying a concealed weapon.
