**Event to Educate Entrepreneurs on Intellectual Property Protection**

On October 23 at 2:00 PM, the McFarlan Library located at 515 Perry Road in Grand Blanc, Michigan, will host an event titled "Patently Good Ideas: Intellectual Property Law for Business & Entrepreneurs." The session aims to inform attendees about protecting their ideas and intellectual property.

Jake Ward, a registered patent attorney from Ward Law Office, will lead the seminar. The event is free to attend, although registration is encouraged. Interested participants can register online at go.umflint.edu/patent or contact Nic Custer at ncuster@umich.edu for more information.

Refreshments will be available at the event.
