Trunk-or-Treat Kids Day at Financial Plus!
Staff Report / Flintlocal.org
The City of Flint and Financial Plus Credit Union are hosting a "Trunk-or-Treat Kids Day" on Thursday, October 24th, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the credit union's location at 3381 Van Slyke Rd. Flint Mayor Sheldon Neeley will be in attendance as a special guest.
The event is open to children ages 0 to 17 and will feature several activities, including the opportunity for parents to open a Kids Club savings account, which requires a government-issued ID and the child’s social security number. New Kids Club account holders will be able to enter a MONEY MACHINE and receive a free $10 deposit from Financial Plus. Each visit to the branch also allows children to access the "treasure chest."
For more information, interested parties can call Financial Plus Credit Union at 800-748-0451 or visit their website at myfpcu.com/kids-day.
